The Big Wolf’s Backyard Arctic is arriving on January 30, 2027, at Sentiers La Balade de Lévis, in the sector of the former Cistercian Abbey of Saint-Romuald, to write a new chapter in Quebec's ultra-running history. As the first winter "to infinity" Last One Standing Backyard of its kind in Quebec, this extreme edition offers no half-measures like 6, 12, or 24 hours. Here, we are talking about a real Backyard to test your endurance, your mindset, and your strategies in the coldest conditions of winter. On a trail surface specially prepared for the event, amidst the grandiose landscapes of La Balade, the wolves will have to face the cold, the darkness, fatigue, and themselves in a completely extraordinary experience. A raw, immersive, and totally wild adventure where only your own limit will determine the moment you are forced to stop.

Despite its extreme nature, the Big Wolf’s Backyard Arctic will offer a uniquely warm atmosphere. Runners and their crews will be welcomed into an extraordinary building featuring a vast, comfortable, and friendly indoor space, perfect for recovering between loops. A magnificent four-sided glass fireplace will warm the Pack throughout the weekend, while an on-site catering service will allow everyone to fully live the experience without leaving the heart of the event.
